Benefit of Rs. 3 Lakh

Additionally, boat builders, cobblers, fishing net makers, goldsmiths, doll or toy makers, barbers, or blacksmiths are also eligible. The scheme aims to not only provide financial assistance to artisans but also to hone their skills. Through training, they can improve their work according to new technologies and market demands. This will increase their income and enable them to become self-reliant. The government says that this scheme will promote traditional craftsmanship and strengthen small-scale workers in villages and cities.
