What is this scheme of DDA?
Delhi Development Authority has launched around 67,000 flats for EWS (Economically Weaker Sections) and other categories under its 2025 plan, out of which 7,500+ flats are exclusively for EWS category.
The price of these flats starts from just Rs 10 lakh, which is a very surprising and relieving figure for a city like Delhi. The special thing is that you only need ₹ 50,000 for booking, and the remaining amount can be paid in installments.

These EWS category flats of DDA, which fulfill the dream of building your own house in Delhi for Rs 10 lakh, are available in Narela Pocket 4 Sector A1-A4, Narela Pocket 14 Sec A1-A4, Narela Pocket 3 Sector G2, Narela Pocket 4 Sector G2, Narela Pocket 5 Sector G2, Narela Pocket 6 Sector G2, Narela Pocket 3 Sector G7 and Narela Pocket 7 Sector G7. More than 600 flats are listed in the EWS category.
Who can buy this flat?

- If you are a citizen of India and are at least 18 years of age, then you can apply for it.

- Special priority will be given to women, persons with disabilities, ex-servicemen, street vendors, auto-rickshaw drivers and applicants from reserved categories.

DDA has made this scheme digitally very easy. You can apply from your computer or mobile sitting at home.
First of all go to the official website of DDA.
Fill the form and upload required documents (Aadhaar, PAN, Income Certificate, etc.).
Deposit booking fee of Rs 50,000 online.
Save the application number so that further process can be tracked.
