Rules changed for Indians
India and Bangladesh have been selected for the first phase of testing this visa. A consultancy company called Rayad Group has been selected to test the initial form of nomination-based golden visa in India. Rayad Kamal Ayub, Managing Director of Rayad Group, said that this is a golden opportunity for Indians to get UAE’s golden visa.

Ayub said that whenever an Indian applies for a golden visa, first of all their background will be investigated. Which will include anti-money laundering and criminal record checks. Along with this, internet media will also be checked. The background check will also show how the applicant can benefit the UAE market and business activities in any other way such as culture, finance, trade, science, start-up, professional services etc.
