The interview ended abruptly, and many critics felt that Shane and Blackwell were not equipped to handle the nuances of the conversation. However, when asked about the incident, Fox downplayed the controversy, saying “Let the influencers in! Let them in! It’s not that serious.” She also compared the situation to influencers being in an emergency room doing surgery, which she felt would be a more serious issue.
