Maharashtra Latest News: In view of the ongoing tension between India and Pakistan, Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis has called an emergency security meeting. The purpose of this meeting to be held this afternoon is to assess the situation in view of the current developments and review security measures across the state.
Apart from Devendra Fadnavis, Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde had said on Thursday that a meeting would be held on security. The police is ready and mock drills are being conducted to alert people.”
